I purchased a GRACE, but never received the code. I have a ticked in for this, but wanted to see if there was anything else that I could do to get it to pop up. Service ticket is Funcom Support #1096658
Check your email that you use for your AO account. That’s where the code should be. ( use the code on GMI - redeem code)
Caloss2 is correct that the keys are normally delivered to your email.
If you’re missing that mail for any reason, they can also be checked at any time through account management at https://register.funcom.com/ by clicking “GRACE Keys” under “Paid Services” in the left-hand column.
If they aren’t visible on this page, there may have been an issue with your order, which we’ll be able to help you with through your email ticket.
