Purge bar still not working

PVE Conflict server 1516 America Eastern server

Purge meter is still not working. Bar starts to fill upon logging in but resets everytime I log off. Newer players seem to have thiers working but I have been on the server since launch and mine has not repaired. Is there a fix coming for this in the new patch?
