Purge isn't starting official server

Ive been playing for 2 weeks and my purge meter has beem full ever since but we never get purged. I look in event log and it says it happened but for 2 minutes or so. I never get notifications. Ive askes others on server and they said it works for them.
I play pve and was looking forward to purge.

Meter is always full. But no purge.

We’re aware of this issue and it’s been fixed internally. It’ll come out as a fix in an upcoming patch.
