Purge not triggering when at max

It’s been a week since our purge meter is full. We are just waiting for it to happen but it’s seems the purge just won’t work. Weird thing is we see other people have theirs and the purge is working for them but not us. We are 3 in a clan and we have 4 building (bases). Can someone help me with this problem? Thanks.

Could you check your event log and see if there is something anomalous in there that could explain this problem?
