After I login to my rented server, I found that the purge counter was reset. This is normal? In which case is it reset? Online was 0, so purge should not happen.

After logging in, it’s always empty. Once the server does a refresh (not sure but seems to be 15-40 min) you will get the display of your current level.
I’m not certain, but it feels like it has something to do with the setting “Purge Meter Update Frequency” setting. Whatever number the setting is seems to be the time you need to wait until it refreshes your bar.
Thank you, I was really scared. 3 bases and none has protection, absolutely. I thought that I had not managed to build the fortifications before purge.
