Purge meter still bugged?

Have only been able to get my meter up to about half way. It has slowly gone back down to nothing. Did not know the purge meter was suppose to drop down to nothing again after only a week of low activity. Is this normal for the purge meter to drop back down? I have not recieved a purge since launch and my meter is not filling up and staying charged.

It’s fixed on testlive, along with some other Purge fixes. Testlive received a second patch on Thursday and is going through public testing.

In that case I am really looking forward to the patch update on the official servers
