Purges dont spawn after thralls glitch upon release

Bug Description:

Im in the volcano and was calling purges fine, now it seems to have broken after i got a thrall out and it glitched couldnt take them home as i didnt have permission, now no purges will spawn anywhere around my base

Reproduce

summon purge and quickly open multiple thrall cages
