Purple or pink texture while playing

Bug Description:

Purple texture while walking. Staying in a zone for 40 seconds and going to another makes textures purple for 30 seconds to entires minutes. The bug is present all the time you play the game making not just at loading. It happens everywhere, if you haven’t been in a place for 40 seconds and you go to it, it happens. Both in my high-end PC and low-end PC. PURPLE TEXTURES WERE NOT THERE PREVIOUS 3.0

Kingston HyperX DDR3 2400 C11 2x4GB
Windows 10
I have tried many video settings. With high settings happen lesser since a bigger area is loaded or processed I believe.
