PVE-C performance issues/bugs

There are some major performance/connectivity issues on the PVE-C servers I tested, some of which may be bugs. The different servers I tested showed a 66 ping when I connected to them. Take note of the stamina, at some points I was able to run infinitely. Link to video is below.
