PVE-C, PVE QUESTION---! Help pls

Greetings Exiles.
Not new for CE but played PVP official only since early Access
With all changes cant find actual info about looting in PVE, PVE-C servers.

As i correct you cant access other player inventory, chests, stations, anything on PVE? Even if its decaying?

But what about PVE-C, it has raiding (pvp hours)? You can loot bodies and chests\stations during this period? OR you can scarvange only decaying bases any time you want?

I am not 100% what is the latest on decaying so I will let others comment on it but as long as the structure is not decayed, for both PvE and PvE-C the stations and chests cannot be destroyed and/or looted by other players. During PvP hours on PvE-C you have friendly fire and you can loot other players but not their chests/stations. There is no raiding on PvE-C only PvP.

The above is valid for official servers only, private servers are free to make changes as they feel like.

I know that PVE-C allows fighting between playes during “war hours”
but what the difference between PVE and PVE-C in terms of looting bodies and chests (stations)?
