Trying to farm these for the past week almost.. everything i’ve read says they’re a low drop chance from the final dungeon chest but i’ve had no luck..
Can anyone confirm or let me know where they found the master kit recipe?
Any other options i could farm?

Yes, any specific recipe is quite rare. This is the infamous Siptah lottery.
It can come from Schematics Fragments, of which there are 200, giving you 0.5% odds.
The chests at the end of the vaults have a 25% chance to drop a recipe, and there are 41 options for the recipe drops (there are only 39 actual recipes, and 2 blank entries that will drop nothing). This gives you 0.61% odds.
The most efficient way to get a lot of recipes on the Isle of Siptah is to collect schematics from Migo Experiment creatures that spawn during the Maelstrom (100% schematics drop). Another way to get schematics is to collect the figurines for spawning creatures at the Pools of The Gray Ones (also 100% schematics drop). You have to collect 5 schematics for 1 recipe. Every time you get 5 schematics in your inventory, they automatically spawn a recipe in your inventory.
Got the Master Weaponsmith on Siptah for the first time today from a schematics combine. Farming the Pools for schematics is probably the fastest way. Hulks always drop a schematic and you get five from a figurine.
