I’m not sure what you mean by “restored” but if you’re asking if they’ll be reset? Yes, the official servers will be wiped and start fresh for the launch of the game. Unofficial servers can do whatever they like, but are encouraged to wipe as well to clear up any lingering database issues and exploits that may be hanging around.
