Question of the Week: What would be the coolest crossover with Conan Exiles?

This musical has just made my day…Really xD

Conan and John Carter. Conan finds the talisman near a time portal and gets transferred to Mars to fight alongside John Carter and the Princess of Mars.

Some time ago when I played Stellaris with lots of mods I did a Hyboria-Space cross-over, I created all the hyborian nations with their ethics and traits, for example:
Stygia being a Fanatic Spiritualist (their people being decadent and owing slaves), the Vanir being Barbaric Despoilers (while their people are strong and live with a “subservient” species that is even stronger to represent the Frost Giants) , Khitai being Xenophobe Isolationist a that went for Psionic Ascension (to represent their sorcery part with the Scarlet Circle and the corruption etc.), Aquilonia being Militarist with an aristocratic elite (kind of to show the nobles and the knighthood of Poitain) and I even created a fanatic purifier empire in the style of Yig since I was farming a certain dungeon in AoC to death.

Since I had lots of mods installed I could chose lots of different portraits, city styles and communication window background pictures to really make it fit the nation (for Space Stygia I took a background with a huge futuristic pyramid temple for the black pyramid in Khemi, Khitai got a gigantic palace to represent the Jade Citadel in Paikang and so on).

Playing a game with all these nations forced to Spawn led to some very funny scenarios, the cimmerians once federated with the stygians and so on but sometimes there were things happening that were quiet uh… “lore friendly” like Cimmerian and Aquilonia bordering each other and fighting over a system with a fortress planet (battle of Venarium so to say )

I really wish I had made Screenshots of those nations but I don’t have them anymore since many of the mods are not up to date anymore. :confounded:

I really like Monster Hunter. As was already mentioned there are so many parts of that game you could add in.

And of course, my all time, most wanted crossover would be between my two favorite games ever, Blood Bowl and Conan Exiles…

Painted this dude a few years ago… a match made on Crom’s mountain!

Coolest cross over? Warhammer 40k cross over with Conan, turns out conan IS the god emperor :joy:

I liked Skyrim. But i don’t believe the Engines could handle that much data, nor could Funcom successfully maintain it.

Fellow Blood Bowl aficionado here.

As for Conan, they did make a “Thrud the Barbarian” with official rules and everything a while back. Thrud isn’t Conan though, I know.

Yeah I’m thinking Blood Bowl pitches in the exile lands with the various races as teams. Conan Exiles even already has Claw that people seem to think is OP!

I’ve already got the Nordheimers!

And the team for the Unnamed City!

Why not! If they can fit them into the Warhammer world*, Hyboria should be no stretch at all!

*I know it’s technically considered a spin-off, not the “real” Warhammer world

Jousting tournaments are so cliche (and inferior  ) compared to some good old hyperviolent football!

He-Man and Skeletor are basically Kull of Atlantis, the original barbarian hero, and Thulsa Doom, the original skull-faced sorcerer.

Do you know (or perhaps refer to) the If the Emperor had a Text-to-Speech Device video series? (See Episode 17.)

But. It would be cool

Red Sonja of course would be awesome. What’s sword & sorcery without chainmail bikinis?

A Lovecraft cross-over would be great too - Lovecraft and Howard were good friends who paid homage to each other’s work, i.e. Yog.

To go in a slightly silly direction: I’d love to see a crossover with Mandrake the Magician or Prince Valiant

I don’t think you do, FRIENDO.

FYI, Kevin Smith is doing a CONTINUATION cartoon of the original for Net Flix.

I feel like maybe I should clarify that I meant Hal Foster’s classic Prince Valiant… because I just learned that it’s “still going”.
