Quick help plz (HOW to change Mode to PvP

Bought a server host but been having problems. Basically I tried everything to change it to PvP mode but it just stays as PvE no matter what?
New map IsleOfSiptah, plz help.

Update spammed the following command in the Settings.ini thing:

CombatModeModifier=2
PvPEnabled=True
CombatModeModifier=2
PvPEnabled=True

It worked (for anybody having issues in the future) Ffs Conan
