Hello, how to destroy bases on a pvp server? Use the explosives on the T1 wall and nothing happened. Please help.

You probably attacked out of PvP time. Even in PvP servers, there’s only a 6-hour timeframe where PvP is enabled. Check the server settings on the server selection hub (or in-game via the Settings menu) to check when you’d be able to damage buildings and non-bodyguard thralls.

Wrong. PVP is always enabled on PVP servers. Raidtime (building damage) on otherhand is only activated under a certain time. 17-23 for example.
Fair enough. I specifically talked about building and thrall damage, but it’s true that PvP also encompasses player damage, and that’s always enabled.
Yes. And also thrall damage is activaded 24/7. But they have to be either scouting or on follow.
If you look in the server settings, there will be a player structure damage time. You can only damage player owned structure during the time period set on the server, each server will usually have different time intervals for the “Raid time” damage.
