I have only just now learned that the New Dawn day and night is supposed to be playing encouraging announcment voice overs! My client doesn’t!
Why for? How can I get my client to have the Morninglight say encouraging things to me?
Check to see if you have any sound categories muted, such as radio songs or ambient sounds.
Sometimes Funcom categorizes certain sound clips strangely, and I wouldn’t be surprised at all if the announcements were placed under the wrong category for some arcane reason.
I did finally figure out it was in radio. Turning it up didn’t help me understand the voice clips (sounds like really bad drive-through speaker gibberish) but at least I can hear it.
