I’m still wondering why in a game like Conan Exiles that we do not have a shrunken head recipe.
As of the last video I’ve seen there is a guy on horse back with some heads hanging from it, which would be a great deco/trapping to have for a visual.
Also since we are on the idea with head hunting, we should have a darfari shrunken head recipe drop from a sorcerer or witch doctor.
Wear them from a belt or have them as a hanging item for a pole or wall or … something.

Anyway, the set you’re referring to is the hyarkanian slavers set I believe (or something like that) in the bazaar. My clanmate got it. Comes with a pole with heads. However, none are shrunken, just severed.
I think that one could use the sorcerer’s head to CREATE one (instead of turning it in).
Those shrunken heads never became shrunken by themselves just by killing someone. 
So it could be some recipe which might be included into the Alchemy bench recipes, so you can use those as threatening decoration.

Once again it would seem that our great minds think alike. A wall of skulls or some display shelves would be great too. And can we please have a version both with and without blood and chunks of flesh attatched?
And sorry to digress, but it is interelated. Could we please also produce animal skulls if we put their heads on the dryer. And also, heads for these two enemy types please! 
Yeah they could add a head instead of a skull when chopping human bodies then you could either were it use it in a recipe or it could be a throable weapon just like how we have legs and arms as weapons
