Reactivating my veterans account

After taking advantage of the free period over the anniversary, I have been trying to reactivate my subscription so that I can continue playing past Friday. Unfortunately, despite trying two valid payment methods my payments are just failing each time. I logged a support ticket on Saturday (#1078125), but after 3 days have yet to receive a response. I would appreciate any assistance with why my payments keep failing.
