Opened email support ticket a week ago, still waiting

Hello, I paid 14.95 a week ago to reactivate my account and still can’t login and play it. It still says “account unpaid”. I think the problem is that a couple years ago I had requested a refund for a month of service after the payment had gone through and in order to prevent me from playing during that refunded month they had to block my account in some way, and that block is still on the account.

It’s been a week and my bank confirmed the 14.95$ has been taken out by Funcom successfully.

Is there anyone that can take a look at this please so I can log in and play?
