I keep having this issue. To solve, I tried resetting feats, using reset potion, reset the entire character. It may have started when I drank a yellow lotus potion, as the game does not tell you what it does unless you try it. Unlocked recipes that I can see in the Ancestral Knowledge are not available to craft in the appropriate work stations. Their crafting icon (picture) just doesn’t show up. I’m playing single player, and I can see the items in the Admin spawn menu. But I want to play without having to “cheat” to get the things I unlocked.

Regarding the missing recipes, which ones are not showing up? Could you kindly share a screenshot with me of your Ancestral Knowledge tab?
Strangely, today all the missing furniture and armor is there after days being gone. But now the Torturer’s table is empty, nothing at all available to craft, just empty boxes.
You have surely yet to understand how filters work , there are 2 set of filters that can result in your receipes not to show , first if you look the select menu on the top left of the workbenches , you can see all dlc ( but if you select none , no dlc / bazaar or battlepass receipes will show )
and on the right there are 4 or 5 icons , ( a sword , a fish ect ) if you select the sword for example , it will only show the receipes for weapons and armors/shield , and all the other receipes won’t show .
my guess is that you have one activated at the moment ( like the fish , which would only show food receipes to show up and would leave your torturer’s bench empty of receipes since none are food receipes )

You are mistaken. It is set to “all” and all the selectors are active.
I think I’ve found the problem: the thrall taker was “green” in the Knowledge menu, but the button still stated “Unlock (3 points)”, but it was greyed out. Clicking it apparently did nothing, but I re-clicked the next stages of the wheel to be safe, and then the craftable items reappeared in the torturer’s work table.
I too am unable to make use of any Ancestral Knowledge recipe.
They are unlocked with a green icon but are all dimmed out indicated by being darkened.
I checked my filters and various places where one might craft, bench, construction tool. All missing.
