Red Dragon still fall through the ground, resets and put thralls underground

PVE Unnamed city Red Dragon spawnspot

Red dragon; resets multiple times in a row, goes from 28-32% to full health, I fight her close to the corruption/spawn area at the stairs, she hits the thrall which goes underground, calling (press E and use both choices, move or return) the thrall leads to nothing, thrall is unresponsive, just the head is visible.

After a kill, which occurs at the end of a rediculous proces, the dragon goes underground.

Please fix this ancient bug!

This is garbage, every time I try to fight dragons or rhino king my thrall just gets mashed under the ground.
