It was explained in the stream how the new playerlist was going to work. On official servers everything is as it was before the patch however. Everyone who is online is visible on the playerlist with steamaccount and everything. Is this intended?
It appears that some servers have the feature enabled and some dont. Dont ask me why. Can you check your server settings in-game under Server Setting - General (the last setting) and see if it is enabled or not and if it is, what the value is.

The player list changes are still not on effect on official servers. We will announce when it comes into effect in the near future so players can prepare for it.
Some official servers had this setting enabled by mistake once the patch hit, but it has been corrected since then.
They did mention that it was possible for us to do it at this time on an unofficial server, how might we do this? I was unable to find a console command for it.

The command you’re looking for is:
VocalVisibilityDurationInMinutes=x
If x is lesser than 1 it will disable this feature.
