You should only be able to dodge roll, when you are also able to move again after an attack!
I’d agree if there wasn’t such a disparity between weapon animation times. I feel like the only weapon to benefit from this would be daggers and uhh… they don’t need any more advantages
Daggers have bad damage. You need like 10 hits whilst with great axe you need 3 hits to kill someone.
No. For bows, I can understand. For melee, animation canceling is fundamental. Learn to use it.
This was stated to be the only method of cancelling an animation when they removed the others. Its possible it could be changed in the future I suppose, but for now its how they want it.
Daggers can also hit 4 times in half as many seconds while closing extreme distances to the target. It can interrupt any combo of the heavy hitting weapons. The only thing that hits faster is the katana, but that’s a stationary attack.
