How do I rename Thralls? Ive just broken and placed my first thrall( in my first playthrough in a long time) and Im trying to rename her. I open the followers tab, but cant see any obvious way to edit the name. Im on PS4, if that helps.Thanks!

Ps4… okay. From memory it should be. Cursor over the placed thrall (dancer, fighter, archer or bearer only). Hit Square. Should bring up their inventory. If you move the cursor up to the top it should have their name. It’s an editable field. Click on it and it will allow you to change the name

Cursor, as in a mouse cursor? Dont believe I’ve ever used that on PS4. Is that an internal cursor, or do I connect a mouse?
Thanks for the advice. Im a bit of a caveman when it comes to this stuff, haha.
Just use the directional analogue joystick (with your thumbs) or the D-pad - You’ll see all the different fields highlighted when you move it around. It’s not a mouse cursor. Most of the time it’ll just be a ‘box’ or rectangle as it moves across and highlights each inventory slot / section.
As Warchild said; The section where the thrall’s default name itself is displayed is the editable field, just click on it once it’s highlighted and you should be able to type a name in.
It’s quite straight forward really, you don’t need to use a mouse or anything like that.
Sometimes it can go a bit weird (eg: not go where it should) its a bug, just exit the inventory window and then re-enter it , and things should be back to normal.
