i play in 1116 officiel server
and there is a clan that when ever we gonna start to attack them all server lag
so it make no sense i think they use some kind of cheating i don’t wan’t to montion the name of the clan tell one of funcom’s members answer my draft
Sadly, I can only say that you might as well write the clan’s name on a piece of paper, put it in a bottle, and throw it in the largest body of water near you. Funcom won’t even investigate unless you can provide hard video evidence of the exploit, which is often impossible unless you are the one doing it.
And even if you do provide hard video evidence, nothing results from it (at least in my experience).
You can try messaging one of the community managers, maybe you’ll have better luck, but you’re probably better off not wasting your time.
Try to offline raid them (not something I would normally suggest but hey if they’re cheating…).
