I know they will delete this post I just want to know somthing to You. Why the admins, moderators or I dont know what, dont work here?
I wrote a post maybe a week ago what deleted because I didnt hide the cheaters name of the pictures. I agree that I should do that and I can report the players in private messages with the admins. But it was a week ago and You know what happened?
THE CHEATER CLAN RAIDED EVERYBODY ON THIS SERVER!
We made videos, photos maybe more than 10 people report them and the server too but nothing happened. They raided again killing us, and we cant raid back because they have a glitch base where we cant go in. Today I am the only one who playing in this server next to the undermeshers.
I dont know what are we should wait? I wrote the story in many facebook groups where thdy said such weird comments for example:
“official? if yes, that’s common things :)”
“Funcom does nothing. That’s the norm “glitches” go to server to server. It has been going on for years. Official servers are full of “glitches” never play on official.”
So thats true? I can wait years and nothing will happen? Please anybody know anything tell me! I dont need links and linked rules, I need a solution! Because I killed a lot of money and time in this game and I dont want to finish it.
There are proper methods for reporting players / clans who are cheating / hacking / exploiting. There are several post on these forums which give step by step directions how to do so. Did you report these cheaters via said method? If not you are defeating yourself unfortunately. Or you can attempt to send the screen shots with the clan / player name and server name directly to @Ignasi or some other admin / moderator and see if they can pass the information to the appropriate people or give you the appropriate steps. There is always hope.
Like alot of threads state thou, they will go thru them, and try to confirm them.
This isnt a look at a screen cap, and go ok BAN HAMMER!!! in 5seconds… they have to be sure there banning the right people, this isnt a 1min 1 day, 1 week process at times…
Not mention all other reports being gone thru. There isn’t/can’t be instant action the way people seem to want or think there is. =/
Just keep nabbing vids and screen caps of offenders and add it to the list. The more info Funcom has to work with from several sources can aid there investgation.
But if I send a video where I show the base under the map and there is still a man sleeping right now It isnt enough? Its a joke. Other games an admin go there and kick theirs …
There no in-game admins sadly.(edit, On Officals) This game doesn’t have MMO support some do.
I think, (as you say joking) Video of you peeking under ground. Seeing a base is one thing.
Confirming all pieces below ground are there/clan is another.
Not mention, you could be 100th report there going thru. XD I’ve done forum and in-game moderating… It can be time consuming… but its gotta be done right. You ban wrong person… you lose job quickly. =/
