Hello I`m new please help

Hello Im new to the forums
Id like to start by saying its awesome to see how many people participate here. My question is how or where do I post to report malicious activities on an official server? Somewhere the devs would be looking for reports from players to stop cheaters and or hackers from ruining the game for all us honest players.

Since you are new to the forum you can’t post pictures. They don’t want name of clans or ps4 I’d. There’s a thread that explains how to report activities of others. Also don’t post how someone pulls off a cheat. You can also Private message @Ignasi or @Hugo. Will see if I can find thread.

See if either of those are relevant. If you have pictures you need to post, the moderators that @sestus2009 pinged in his post should be able to help enable that feature on your account.

Keep in mind however that depending on the nature of the activity you wish to report, there may be a chance that Funcom will not act upon your report. They have said numerous times that they do not actively moderate and police official servers. Even if it is an outright cheating or glitching that you wish to report there is still a good chance nothing will be done about it. It really depends on what the report is about, the amount of proof and whether the devs feel it is damaging enough that they will put action behind it.

This is the reason that you will find most cheaters and hackers will frequent official servers as there are no active admins. It is also for this reason that I play on unofficial/private servers that do have active admins and who actually deal with not just hackers but also grieifng, toxicity and other undesirable activities. I recommend that if you wish to better avoid hackers and cheaters that you find a nice private server instead of playing on official. It doesnt mean that playing on a private server will mean 0 cheaters, but it does mean that when it does happen an admin will be able to help you quickly and actually put action behind it in a timely fashion, this is what keeps a lot of the trash away from private servers. An admin a day keeps the hackers away ;).
