Respawned after death in a wall that we can't get out of - do we have to start the game over now?

Server Name: home co-op game

Bug Description:

after death, characters respawned in the wall of home between the bed inside and a crafting table outside, cannot interact, can’t damage or remove wall, ceiling, foundation, or table, can’t get out of the wall, can’t dodge, climb, jump, etc.

Bug Reproduction:

we cannot reproduce this since we can’t get out of the wall

Spawn on beach or desert depending on the map. These things can happen when placing beds in tight spots
