Restart causes chsracter glitch

When server is restarted, i lose my chestpiece, all remaining items move up one space so the hands sre in the chest, legs are in the hands etc. Once this happens, i cannot equip ANYTHING TO HOLD, weapons, tools, torches etc. Have to recreate character. Daily. I am server owner, i am wearing scorpion harness.

Could you please provide further details in order to assist us in replicating this issue?

Have you experienced the issue in any other Private or Official Server?

Does it also occur if your character has nothing equipped or in its inventory?

Please be as specific as you can regarding each and every item you have equipped and in your inventory when experiencing this behaviour.
