Right Stick Sensitivity Reset Bug

Everytime I load back into the game the Right Stick Sensitivity (xbox one controller) resets back to 1.
I have tried to change it on the main menu but the next time I loaded into the game the setting reverted itself back to 1 (I always put it on 2).

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
