Right Stick When Aiming Sensitivity Resets

[The right joystick sensativity resets every login, and ticks very slowly taking 2 minutes to put it back down every game, pretty annoying bug for archer builds]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Set your right stick when aiming sensativity all the down where you want it, notice it goes SLOW and the game lags out every tick for a split second taking what seems like 2 minutes to lower the options bar from high all the way to low
2.Reset the game once you have your right stick when aiming sensativity where you want it
3.Notice it will now be all the way back up and take 2 minutes to lower down again.
