Room Criteria - More in depth building

Some games have it so rooms have to meet certain demands for crafting stations to even work. For example, the room has to be a certain tier or requires specific types of objects in the room for the crafting station to work. Would be neat to have in the game for a bit more depth in my opinion.

It would also make it more convenient for those raiders, to pinpoint the “valuable” areas of ones base/home, for looting.

Perhaps, but hiding stations in little spaces and blocking it up isn’t really fair either in my opinion.
