Scorpion Ward and Ymir's Targe bug

Scorpion Ward should give you 3 bars of heat resistance, but when I look on my stats, it doesn’t do that. On the other hand Ymir’s Targe should give you cold resistance, but it says that it gives you heat resistance and even that doesn’t work.

Oh, make sure you aren’t testing indoors. I’m pretty sure that building give some bars or hot/cold resistance.
