We are indeed aware and working with Sony to fix the issue asap.
It seems to affect PS4 players in the US “only”. Unfortunately we can’t fix this directly from our side but we are on the case. Definitely not intended to cause any frustration with this purchase and we apologize for the inconvenience.

I was curious if anyone else has ran into a problem where you purchase the season 2 pass on PlayStation store but the content for Treasures of Turan are still locked. I’ve restarted my PS4, restored licenses and even reinstalled the game but alas the content was still locked. Has anyone else ran into this issue or if they have, have a resoultion?

You’re not alone. We’ve been waiting all day to hear even an acknowledement that they even know about it and are working on it. Nothing, not a peep.

You will probably need to wait until office hours in Norway before anyone from Funcom who works on the Conan Exiles game and monitors this section of the forums can investigate why people are not able to access the DLC after getting season 2 pass.
(FYI, when I posted this reply it was about 4 am in Norway, and after typical office hours in the USA (after 7pm on West Coast and after 10pm on East Coast)
