Oh, the Steam Store already offers to buy “Year 2 Season Pass”
! Four DLC!
I want to buy new content at a discount for my favorite game, you want to get money in advance - our interests coincide
…
But
… oh! I tried to find at least some description of the content of The Riders of Hyboria and the Mysteries of Acheron - but I never found it anywhere. Perhaps I was looking poorly, then excuse me and tell me where I can see it. Or are you offering me to buy a pig in a poke
?
I understand that these DLCs are only at the development stage, and you cannot show much, but at least a description in several sentences and a couple of sketches? So that I understand if I need this content in principle?
And what about the Treasures of Turan? I already bought this DLC. Will its price be deducted from the purchase of the “Year 2 Season Pass” or will I have to pay twice? Why is there not a word about this either?
In general, I will be grateful for any information about the last two DLCs from this set. Because trying to sell something that no one has seen seems at least strange.
you could always wait and buy them when they are released, then you can decide if you want to buy it or not ![]()
some of us buy these DLCs to support the development so as long as we get sth back for our 7-10 eur we are good. all dls so far include: armors/weapons and building pieces so this is what you can expect for the last 2 dlcs.
if i am not mistaken, if you have already the 1st dlc, when trying to purchase the season pass you get some sort of discount displayed but i can’t test to reconfirm because i already have the pass.
Unfortunately no, even if it is the case for most packs on Steam this is not the case for the Season Pass of Conan Exiles. No doubt because the Season Pass is cataloged as an item like any other, instead of a pack of different items.
I agree with the OP, we should have at least the schedule of planned DLCs, it is the least when selling a product. Not necessarily the detail, but at least a brief description. Even if effectively each DLC is more or less built on the same scheme, what if the 3 cultures represented in the next DLCs do not interest me at all?
I buy each DLC independently because I want to know what I buy, but at the end of the day it costs me a lot more.
Here I am about the same.
For example, I once bought a DLT with the Yamatai pack - yes, it has beautiful building elements and interesting weapons, but I practically do not use them - they generally do not fit into the world of Exile Lands. I understand that I spent money in vain. And I don’t feel like throwing money away again.
Show me at least some content, and I will gladly contribute my small financial contribution to the development of the game and your company
.
