Has anyone been able to locate the Captain from Sepemeru since the update?? I have been hanging about for days and have not seen him/her. Did the spawn rate/location change and it just wasn’t in the patch notes?? Bandit Leader seems very similar numbers wise so not a big deal.
It’s a fairly big deal if this means they’re going to nuke existing Captains later on, actually.

Maybe they are Purge only now, who knows… I like my Captains but got a triple of Bandit Leaders just in case (why are they ALL female, by the way? 
all my Captains and Bandit Leaders as well…)
Personally I’d hate to have to resort to having “Bandit Leaders” protecting my camp.
“Captain” is at least ambiguous enough to allow you to attach whatever meaning you want to it, “Bandit Leader” - or any of the alternatives - not so much.

I think there’s still the BlackHand Captain available at the Black Galleon if you’re really in need of a captain.
Yeah, i miss my captain. I had a female i gave the table leg. Captain Bar-room Betty flawless epic khitan Heavy (you may kill my thrall in pvp, but all you get is cold enc gear lol). Just squashed the unnamed bosses. She died in one of the most epic of offline raids…or so i was told, since you know my clan wasn’t there

Yes but the black hand captain is nowhere near as strong as the Sep City Captain.
