Server 1820 Forever Load Screen

Official server 1820 is keeping players in loading screen when trying to sign in.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. sign on to official server 1820
  2. experience forever loading screen
  3. likely die of hunger as the game registers you online but unable to access the world

1820 is still unavailable here also. The server shows active, but as stated by the others, once you “join” the server, you stay on the loading page indefinitely, requiring a task-kill to close the game. It has been this way since ~12:30PDT.

Other servers are working correctly for me.

Please make sure to tag @Community in the future to get a faster response.
Our end seems to be stable for now, today’s update should help with several instabilities. We also had the G-Portal update on all servers’ systems as well.

However, we’ll keep tracking just to make sure. Please send us a ticket if the problem persists after the update via Zendesk.
