SERVER #1998 South America is down since last restart

South america server #1998 is offline since last restart.
it’s the second time it has happened this week.
it’s been down for almost 20 hours.
i tried to contact G-Portal, but got no answers from them.

Server offline for more than 30 hours without any information of what happened is this … please note the post FUNCOM !

it is an injustice a player spends hours of play on a server for him to simply disappear without warning in a maintenance

I am already waiting about 32 hours for the server to restart, but in the meantime no one at Funcom can tell us what is going on and if they are able to fix this!

A simple " we are listening and working on you´re case" will be great.

Servers are the responsibility of G-Portal. Software is the responsibility of Funcom. If your server is down, G-Portal would be the company to alert to the problem.

Jim1, I bought the game from funcom at steam plataform, not from G-Portal. G-portal do the service off hosting the servers for funcom, not for me or for you, in other words, if funcom vanishs from the map, G-Poral will not host anything anymore for them.
I want an answer from Funcom, becouse the game is their problem, but the time spent on it is our problem. So if you don’t want to help, don’t go on other people posts to say something idiot like that. And there is more, he said that g-portal does not gave an answer.
It’s now almost the day four that we are without our server, here on Brazil we have some laws to be fulfilled, and the services provision is very important here, and if the game is sold here, they have to obey our laws too. For our law, there is no excuses like “we have others servers for you to play”, here it’s important to continue the service once introduced.

I create an acount at g-portal`s, and send them a ticket.

We are aware, But all official server matters need to be direct to funcom, As they are the one who manage, and run them. We can not give information or speak on any issues about official servers

@Ignasi, this does not seem to be an appropriate response from G-Portal. The reported downtime is clearly a problem. Can you help these guys?
