i dl the game, get to char selection and when i try to select a char i get lost connection, this goes for secret world as well, i have no probs with any other online game.

ok, new info i can play, but only on a fresh char, anytime i try an old one i get booted
It might be a bug, so far 4 ppl are having same issue. Let’s hope funcation are back and they fix it.

This can happen after an game updates. Usually running the patcher fixes it. If you are still locked out, you may want to contact support by mail, you may get luckier for a faster reply.
