SERVER ISSUE! Official Server PVE-C 1040 Lags and shuts down every day

Server is lagging every day now, and shuts down every day, Sometimes a few times per day.
It is getting ridiculous at this point that no one has fixed this yet.
Serious lagging issues, and Thralls floating in the sky.
Trolls have gone around the map placing foundations and thralls everywhere.

Hi, I am also playing on official PVE-C 1040.
Those lags are outrageous. They do not seem to be directly related to number of players logged in. It’s lagging almost always at 7 PM GMT - 9 PM GMT.

Lags are approximately 15-20 min long, if you are doing something you are often dead and in risk of losing your equipment and companions.
