Server setting for PvP, PvE etc falls back to PvE after a short while.
Go to serversettings.ini
Edit the Server Mode
Restart Server
Check: It worked (it is on PvP)
Leave server after a bit (SEE UPDATED POST BELOW)
Check: It reset back to PvE although no restart or anything like that happened

Leave server after logging in as admin
Check: It reset back to PvE although no restart or anything like that happened
If I leave the server without logging in as admin, it still is on PvP
I can confirm this on 2 other servers, America servers. One that I host and the other being a rented server from Survivalservers. Its really annoying considering I’m trying to get people into my server as they are new and this makes my server populate incorrectly in-game server browser. I am required to be admin on the server as well as needing to use admin for building my RP hub.
Needs fix asap.
My servers are unofficial with Mods. Mod order doesn’t seem to effect.

What happens if you stop the server, make and save the change, then restart the server?

login as a admin with help of the console

As long you are not entering the settings menu, everything will be fine. Ill handle it this way for couple of weeks. No switch to pve
If you want change serversettings, make sure to use rcon.
