I am not sure who’s idea it was to use gportal or to change how servers where managed during preview; however, that person or team should be ashamed of their choice. I have had more server issues with my personal server, and friends servers since launch AND the patch to resolve Xbox disconnects has been a laughing joke amoung us, as we have seen an increase since that patch. Easiest way to have your product fail is to have a distribution / hosting team that isn’t engaged in the success. Please reconsider your server issues and the way they are managed.
Totally agree! At peak hours I get disconnected every 10 seconds. Then I refresh until there is an available spot and then get disconnected again! This game is unplayable during the raid hours… this should not be happening in 2018! Shame on you guys!
