Not knowing is a thing I miss, but also hate…
Started Elden Ring other day… frustrated with some of enemies and not finding stuff. Found a mace…which is worse then starter weapon… XD
I don’t remember it being issue in CE thou, I just did what ever, never felt punished for it. I could just go out and get more wood and stone. Few of armors… kinda made me mad. (not angry) cause after wasting parts make them, they didnt look as good as thumbnail. Or on me… XD
We built little way-stations when the decay was wonky, out of torches and campfires. When every ridge and rise held terrain that an enemy couldn’t climb without stairs… we made monuments to our own mettle, and Cathedrals of light to shine throughout the Noob area. The world was small then, and the starter river itself was wide and dark.

Playing single player for long time before going online, I use to build small boxes 1 x 2 around the map to protect me from sandstorm and other enemies. I cannot remember how many times I died from sandstorm… A lot. But my first rhino was certainly from archery. I was building a small box in Savanah close to the little lake shooting a rhino and then the tiger so they will fight each other and I will take the loot 
. Bleeding was my second greatest fear, I cannot remember how many time I died from this too. Back then heavy armor didn’t had dodge but it had significant reduce on bleeding effectiveness. So when I finally made it to fix my first heavy armor I was confident that it was time to explore the map.
I wish I placed more bedrolls however, I cried my equipment a lot of times, I even went rage quit one day for loosing my expensive () heavy armor set… Omg, still I miss it.

Some really old photos I find from my conversations with @sestus2009 on psn. It was an effort I started on a private pvp server. In the end I had used about half million building pieces, only the spikes were almost 20.000. These photos was in the very start

This is the best thing psn has when it comes on friends. You can find really old conversations. In @anon83039162 s window of 3728 8080 I find really old photos and conversations I had. That’s pure gold for players, Sony did something really beautiful in this console.

Early in the game 2018 accidentally drug spiders to our base lost alot of thralls went through hundreds of arrows taking turns running out for supplies but the stairs held by the way my wife hates spiders and this didn’t help. However I came home years ago to find a Mexican redleg tarantula in a ten gallon tank that I had for 10 years or so Therapy?
