Some bands and music groups would really need to consider whether the name they’ve chosen when they weren’t famous is the one by which they want to be known and remembered.

Music is one of my favourite subjects. I am not an expert in theory or creation by any means but an avid listener. I appreciate every single type of music because it is a culmination of the creativity of our species; emotion, perspective, communication and deliverance.

I ALWAYS have a song stuck in my head and sometimes multiple that wax and wane throughout the day and often for days at a time. It’s like I’m analyzing that one part that brought shivers up my spine or considering how I was perplexed. Since Saturday, this is the song in my head here.

I grew up on rock and roll, I was lucky enough to be born at a time where one foot was in the end of the greats of the 60s/70s/80s but another foot firmly planted in the 90s. And yes, I will listen to hip/hip, rap and country. I also love the hymns in churches and going to a live grunge night at the local dive bar. Many creatives I surround myself with play music and I enjoy every minute of it; if I find out someone plays an instrument I get excited. I guess it is sort of a vicarious look at that means of art because I can’t wrap my head around making it like I do with visual art.

I’ve got a penchant for listening to covers, this one always resonating with me. Especially being my favourite band as well which I have seen live. What a ducking ride.

I can say a lot more, I can talk about it for hours but I won’t take up too much space here XD

Oh, that’s awesome! I’m adding this dude to my list of artists to explore. And, since you like his work, I have a hunch you probably also like Luca Stricagnoli. But just in case you haven’t stumbled upon him yet, here’s one of his covers. I have a whole playlist dedicated to his work, but that’s the one cover I keep coming back to.

There is only one song that I will pause in my journeys and listen to.
It brings me peace and serenity. It is deeply moving and is especially haunting to listen to in the early hours.
All else is environmental awareness.

The warrior within it was probably the best prince of Persia i ever played.
So let’s see. This game must be around 2002-2004 if iam not mistaken. On 2002 i will rent a bigger house with Angelika because we decided to get married and walk together the path of life. In Greece when a couple decides to do “this”, parents go in the middle and create confusions :rofl:. We wanted to go in Venice, a small orthodox Chappell and get married there, but my mother started crying because i was the first child of 3 that was getting Married :roll_eyes:, so we had to leave it be and do it their way :confused:. I still own a romantic voyage to my sweet Angelika and i hope that life one day will give me the opportunity to do it. Until then, my best ever “foreign” artist singing exactly how i feel till now…
