Among his discord community! I fail to read one toxic message in there, all you see is questions and kind answers, I really enjoy and relax in his community. Excellent work @drukuku as always, your sandstone samples must be exhibit in a page for new players. Always to the point, “easy to do” but beautiful and different every single time, congratulations :+1:t6:.

Yes! Multigun and Testerle are irreplaceable. Despite the new updates to the game, their mods are still the best for us doll-house-builders.

Eh… mostly. If you see a one-level high section on the ground floor it means I’ve sunken that bit down and lined it with fence foundations for a little more room between the camera and ceiling. Not the most difficult part but it definitely makes the eventual upgrading in creative mode a bit of a pain. I’m still in the process of interior decorating (always been the hardest part for me) but I should have a screenshot for illustrative purposes later.

I have a bunch of other ideas that I’m meaning to try out using the lattices to make things like half-tile deep alcoves on exterior walls - also: I’m so glad that inverted sloping wall pieces FINALLY snap to nodes like they should so placing them on curves is no longer an impossibility.

EDIT: two pics showing what I was talking about. The small lowering from a fence foundation is just enough to walk over so you don’t need to worry about anything like using LBPR to overlap stairs into the room or anything. Added benefit is that the camera is less claustrophobic - though in this case, my character is set at the shortest height (better for targetting with some attacks, too tall and you’ll miss every time).

EDIT again: I wanted to put in a small addition for a kitchen. I… may have gotten carried away.

Simple, but it works.

“I’ll just add a little room for a bigger wheel of pain and a few improved crafting benches, that’s all…”

(bigger wheel of pain not included)

EDIT: things continued to get out of hand as I waited for steel to cook - but the wheel of pain was finally put down. I told myself I was going to move north eventually and build new bases. It’s all gone sort of ‘winchester mansion’ on me.

Hello fellow exiles, i would like to have some advise from you if it is possible as i see you all apreciates the building aspect of the game. Recently i had some problems with my buildings and so on, i left it in the past. Now im enjoying the game again and started to build a new shelter. Doing my best to not broke any rules this time, trying to keep my stuff in a 20 foundations diameter circle base, and grow thing up in floors. Following are the pictures of the work in progress (sorry posting an unfinished work)

What do you think about it? is it a good size for officials, or too much? I think i will need to place altars and a animal pen next close to its borders due to those one being giantitc. Im planning to do in floors:

0 - place the graveyad arround the yog shirine at very bottom
1 - basic stations like cooker, furnaces, well, one or two small whell, around the greater whel of pain in the next floor
2 - at the street level around the main tower, place higher stations, baclksmith, armourer, artisans, brewery, tannery every one in a small house inside de circle. and a demonic portal in the center
3 - map room
4 - advanced furnace
5 - advanced black smith
6 - advanced armourer
7 - great hall (dinner table bazaar cant wait to have food on the table)
8 - bedroom

each floor with at least two walls high.

I was just playing around with the new building system and found it very cool. I only miss a filter on it. I’m not sure about this project, if i go with it or not. I would thank the community fo some guidelines.

Don’t know why I never used these placeable tents from LBPR (I think the add-on mod). They’re pretty neat and they even provide shelter.

Very nice!

I know! Now I want to make a whole little camp using the placeable nomad tents rather than building a whole outpost. I mean, material cost would go down immensely as the smaller one pictured (stygian nomad tent) only takes some shaped wood and silk.

Yes, but did the building inspector say it’s up to code? I see he’s still looking.

Stunning base, stunning area

So in theory a camp made up of those placeable tents seems neat. In practice however it becomes rather unwieldy very quickly due to their size.

So instead I tried making a sort of… open-air cooking pit.
edit: forgot my picture
