Demolition work begins next Wednesday …
… I remember this was my first building on this server that I built using a tier 3 tileset. That was before the first Battle Pass - then the very first Battle Pass came out, and the upper level fence was immediately replaced with the Arcane Reinforced Wall Rim. 
But, well, my clan is shrinking, the two players from my clan to whom I later gave the Khitan building as a personal base are now inactive and now hopefully some beginner will be happy about the potential building spot.

PvE Base. Built with Nemedian, Stable, Stormglass and a few Flotsam pieces. Overall Footprint is 12x15 foundations. Open courtyard. Tavern, across the field is 4x5. Crafting Area, living area and NPC sleeping area. Open NPC sitting area and Garden.
