Shield and Truncheon's Bug- NPC attacks go through player's block when both are equipped

Bug Description:

Official PVE NA PC some of us are having a bug that when an NPC does a combo or heavy attack it goes through the players shield creating damage. Even when there is enough stamina to block the attack. … This only happens when the player has a shield and truncheon ONLY.

Bug Reproduction:

I was just shielding with truncheon in hand when trying to capture an NPC when I noticed that his attacks go through the shield emitting damage to my character’s health.

some weapon types have shield smash ( meaning they will go through even if you shield yourself) for example the special attack from 2 handed swords goes through shields , also 1handed mace will have some combo parts that has shield smash ( the 4th attack of heavy combo if I’m not mistaken , it’s been a while I haven’t use a mace type weapon so don’t take my word for granted)
