what upgrade do you put on shields? armor patch reinforcement?
Master reinforcement.
They increase the weight of the shield, but usually shields are lighter than weapons, so not a big deal for not having to repair them for months basically.

I noticed there’s no durability added (at least not with the ancient Lemmurian shields).
It should double for durability, are you sure? Are you using any mods by chance?

I will check again this evening and make a screenshot before and after, maybe the difference is so small I didn’t notice.
I will do it too. Probably a bug.
OR are you using the advanced reinforcement kit instead of the master? Because advanced gives a flat 150 durability without any drawbacks, while the master doubles the durability at the cost of heavily increasing the weight of the item.
Forgot it was the advanced, only gave like +200 durability

Was going to say, I tested it on multiple shields, and they work.
Expect for the lemurian one you suggested, I forgot that one.
