Single Player Game crashing on loading screen since 2.1 patch

Game crashes on “Isle of Siptah” loading screen. This started after the 2.1 patch release

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Double click CE icon
  2. Click on Single Player
  3. Click on Continue
  4. Click on Activate Single Player Game
  5. After game moves from Main Menu screen it goes to the “Isle of Siptah” loading page. Then crashes out to desktop.

I am playing an Exile Lands game and loading no mods. This started after the 2.1 patch. I can join a server online. I really don’t want to start over but did my save file get corrupted?

I am running up to date OS (Windows 10). Game ran flawlessly before the patch

I have the same issue. I can start a new game but my existing game will not work. Even I tried My backup from when the DLC was first released, my game will give a fatal error and crash.

Seriously I do not want to build and farm everything again. This is extremely frustrating.
