Bug Description:
My single-player base is using nemedian building pieces and once i logged in for the first time after Age of War update came out i lost most of my crafting stations and all my thralls in the base. I saved the backup file from before the update but if i try to load it everything disapears again. I understand that this bug has occured on multiplayer servers aswell but since i have the backup save is there a way to fix it because otherwise i would lose everything valuable that i have gathered for long time.
Welcome to the Forum Sorry for your loss of items something about Nemedian sets off a loss of. Materials benches followers ect many players have been affected.
I know its a known bug but i have seen it in the forums mostly in multiplayer servers where everything is slightly different from single-player. My question is - is there any way to fix the backed single-player save or i have to wait for fix? I don’t want refund of some kind because it is single player - if i could make myself admin and use console commands but still that would take a long time and won’t restore my thralls levels and skills thus another reason to look for solution by simply fixing my backed save.
That would be a no. They changed how the foundation pieces work. Even if you reloaded an old save, you’d still have same affect. Only way to avoid it would be playing without the update entirely. Unfortunately, that’s not really an option. That being said, you’re on single player and could replace the foundations with something else, them respawn everything back in. Those of us on official servers don’t have that luxury.
